Step 1 : If products are not in your choice.If you are returning the products.

Step 2 : Then tag should be kept safely. Bar Code should be protected on the polyethene pack too.

Step 3 : Open Minta App

Step 4 : Touch the left handed side three bar

Step 5 : Next Page opens. Click the order.

Step 6 : Choose the item which you want to return.

Step 7 : You will get two options of a. Exchange b. ReturnTick the Return option

Step 8 :  You are asked Why are you returning 

a. Select reason Size or fit issues 

b. Select Issue Detail : I did not like the fit.

Step  : Give the Pickup details. Earlier pick up Address will be shown.

Step : Give the Bank Account Details as 

a. Customer's Name  

b. Account Number 

c. Reenter the Account Number 

d. Bank IFSC code 

e. Bank Name 

f. Branch Name 

g. Account Type as Savings or Current Account Number.

Step 9 : Information will be shown. Picker will come verify your products. He will update all information. He will stick the new barcode over that returned product.

Step 10 : As soon as the picker will pick up your product you get the refund initiated for returned Tshirt is processed to your bank a/c will reflect in a day.

As per having a talk with the agent he had to send photos of that product to office gets confirmed it.

Step 10 : Within 2 working days the money will be credited in the said account.
