CR/Today world is at stake. Corona, stage 2 is scaring each of us affecting badly . Pictures, news, reports and photos are very scary to us. Hospitals are being less in number to the comparison of the increasing Covid patients daily. Simply I am saying to you to go for self isolation and home isolation more you need. At least beware of asymptomatic, super spreaders and others ,keep yourself tuned with any experienced doctor.As these are free but necessary for everyone.Days Elert : If you have the fever, ache,cough for 5 days,be elert. Six day will be crucial for you. Without any delay go for Covid test immediately.-----------------------Corona Wave 2. ----------------------- This time this pandemic disease is more deadly.Phase 1 : It started with Cough, Cold and fever then converted into Pneumonia within 7 to 8 days.Phase 2 : It included loose motion, sweating and without cough dyspnoea starts. Pneumonia within 2 to 3 days only in Phase 2.------------------------Corona Symptom.---------------------------Sore throat, Running Nose, Body ache , Fatigue, High fever, Abdominal cramps, Loose Motion, Diarrhea, Loss of taste and smell ,Dried Cough, Sweating , Dyspnoea ( दम फूलना ). Vaccination : Vaccination is only the way by which we can save ourselves and others with more safety. It does mean whether it is Covaxine or Covishield we should first prefer vaccination we should not go for a choice.Gap between the doses : As earlier there was a gap of 4 to 6 weeks between the two doses of Covishield. Now it is preferable that there should be the gap of 6 to 8 weeks in the Covishield vaccination as per new guidelines of the ICMR. For more efficacy as per the second dose in Covishield should be taken between 45 - 56 days after the first dose for better efficacy as per new guide line of ICMR, however it should be taken between 28 days to 42 days. NEGVAC : has recommended revision in schedule of Covishield to adminster the 2nd Dose at 12 to 16 weeks after first dose.Wherever Covaxin should be taken 28 days to 42 days.

1.PCR testing stands for ?
“At the moment the majority of the current Covid-19 tests that all the reports are coming from are using PCR,”
“They detect the genetic information of the virus, the RNA. That’s only possible if the virus is there and someone is actively infected.”

1.True Net or CB Net Test. This is a chip based RT PCR Kit. This is used for testing TB and HIV.
It takes 2- 3 hours. It authentication is about 60 to 70 percent.
We take swab from the nose and throat by Nucleic Amplified Test we test the Corona E Gene. If the test is positive we go for RT PCR test.
2.Rapid diagnostic tests based on antigen detection.
A rapid test has also been started for the COVID-19, which involves taking samples from the nose, throat, and lungs. Sample taken from nose and throat is kept in kit present chemicals. And by the liquid test we confirm that the person is infected or not.
It takes 20 to 30 minutes. Authentication is about 30 to 40 percent.
Rapid diagnostic test (RDT) of a sample of the respiratory tract of a person helps to detect the viral proteins (antigens) related to COVID-19 virus.
This ensures a speedy and accurate diagnosis and its usage is CDC-approved.
3.Rapid diagnostic tests based on host antibody detection.
This test detects the presence of antibodies in the blood of COVID-19 infected people.
The strength of antibody response depends on several factors like age, medications, infections, and severity of disease etc. Before the test, the concerned health professionals may request you to wear a mask during the test.
In case there are any other steps that need to be taken, the healthcare professional can communicate that to you.

4.Real Time - Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT PCR) is a relatively simple and widely used molecular biology technique to amplify and detect DNA and RNA sequence.
Process: The result takes 12 to 16 hours in this test that happens only in the lab. Authentication : for this RT PCR stands between 75 - 80%Scale : As per ICMR under 1 to 34 score means infection is persisting. Somewhere it varies from 1-24. Level 1 to 12 is under threat.Steps : We take swab with the help of a tube from the nose. It is kept in the nose for 20 seconds. After that swab stripe is kept in Virus Transmission Media (VTM)
RNA from the swab sample is tested in the lab.
RNA and Reagents are kept in RT PCR Machine. After one and half hour it is found that RNA is infected or not.
PCR tests are used to directly detect the presence of an antigen, rather than the presence of the body’s immune response, or antibodies.
By detecting viral RNA, which will be present in the body before antibodies form or symptoms of the disease are present, the tests can tell whether or not someone has the virus very early on.
“PCR gives us a good indication of who is infected. They can be isolated and get in contact with people they’ve been in touch with so they can be quarantined too, just in case.
That’s the true advantage of the current major diagnostic tests, you can break that transmission chain and get a clearer picture of what’s happening,” says Wright.
By scaling PCR testing to screen vast swathes (तह )of nasopharyngeal swab (पट्टी) samples from within a population, public health officials can get a clearer picture of the spread of a disease like Covid-19 within a population.
For the development of Anti body in the infected person it takes 7 to 10 days.
There are different types of coronavirus tests swab taken from that can be done.
a. Swab Test – In this case, a special swab is used to take a sample from your nose or throat.
b. Nasal aspirate – In this case, a saline solution will be injected into your nose and, then a sample is taken with a light suction.
c. Tracheal aspirate – In this case, a thin tube with a torch, also known as a bronchoscope, is put into your mouth to reach your lungs from where a sample is collected.
d. Sputum Test – Sputum is thick mucus that gets accumulated in the lungs and comes out with a cough. During this test, you’re required to cough up sputum in a special cup or a swab is used to take a sample from your nose.
e. Blood test – In this case, a blood sample is taken from a vein in the arm.
What are the risks associated while testing for Coronavirus?
During the test, you may feel a gagging sensation when the swab will be inserted in your nose and throat. The nasal aspirate may especially seem a bit uncomfortable. However, all of these effects are temporary and will go away shortly after the test. In some cases of tracheal aspirate, there may be bleeding or infection. In the case of the blood test, no risks are observed. There may be a slight swell and pain in the area where the needle was inserted, however it goes away pretty soon.
What next if the Coronavirus test comes positive?
In case your test results come out positive, then you may be affected by the coronavirus. Although there are no specific treatments for the coronavirus infection, however, the healthcare professional may suggest some steps that’ll help you to relieve the symptoms.
Some of the steps you can follow to ease the symptoms are:
a. Drinking a lot of fluid.
b. Getting plenty of rest.
c. Taking over-the-counter medicines. In case your condition gets worse or you show signs of pneumonia, you should get admitted to a hospital.
d. Some of the common symptoms of pneumonia are severe cough, laboured breathing, and high fever. If you’re diagnosed with coronavirus,5.CT Scan HRCT Test. confirms the infection inside the chest and lungs. Infection under,0-8 ( Mild), 9-18 ( Moderate),19-25 ( Severe) is considered however we should avoid CT Scan until and unless it is not necessary. Don't use the mask for ever. Better to keep yourself away from the gatherings and in the fresh air.Double Masking : Time has come while Double Masking has been validated by CDC. According to Dr. Anthony Fauci, America's leading infectious disease expert, it can help filter more particles than a single cloth mask alone.Distancing and Hand Sanitizing : Keep yourself at social distancing and always have a pocketsize 70% alcohol based hand sanitizer with yourself. Keep sanitizing your hands time to time regularly.Wash your hand for 40 seconds with a soap. Self Isolation & Home Isolation : This is only the left and secured way by which you can save yourself and others. At the primary stage of cough, cold, fever, and sneezing keep yourself in an alert mode. Maintain the self isolation with home isolation for 14 days.Use ample water : At least 3 to 4 liter lukewarm water should be taken by the common and Covid suspects in a day regularly.Steam Inhalation : It is advisable that at any doubt we should take steam inhalation thrice time in a day for at least 5 minutes so that Covid Virus should be given first and immediate treatment in the nasal congestion passage. ब्लैक फंगस को लेकर सरकार ने जारी की एडवाइजीरी. सरकार ने ब्लैक फंगस को लेकर एडवाइजरी जारी कर दी है, इसमें कहा कहा गया है कि कोविड -19 संक्रमण के उपरान्त ब्लैक फंगस या म्यूकरमाइकोस चेहरे, नाक , साइनस , आंख और दिमाग में फैलकर उसको नष्ट कर देती है . कोविड के बाद ब्लैक फंगस यानि म्यूकरमाइकोसिस ने पूरे देश में पैर पसारने शुरू कर दिए हैं .किसे हो सकता है ? - कोविड के दौरान स्टेटॉयड दवा दी गयी हो डेक्सामिथाजोन , मिथाइल प्रेडनिसोलोन इत्यादि. - कोविड मरीज को ऑक्सीजन पर रखना पड़ा हो या आईसीयू में रखना पड़ा हो . - डायबिटीज का अच्छा नियंत्रण ना हो .- कैंसर , किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट इत्यादि के लिए दवा चल रही हो .क्या है लक्षण ? - चेहरे में एक तरफ दर्द हो , सूजन हो या सुन्न हो ,छूने पर छूने का अहसास ना हो . - दांत में दर्द हो , दांत हिलने लगें, चबाने में दर्द हो . - उल्टी में या खांसने पर बलगम में खून आये .क्या करें ? -उपर्युक्त में से कोई भी लक्षण होने पर तत्काल सरकारी अस्पताल में या किसी अन्य विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर को दिखाएं.-नाक ,कान ,गले ,आंख , मेडिसिन , चेस्ट या प्लास्टिक सर्जटी विशेषज्ञ से तुरंत दिखाएं और लग कर इलाज शुरू करें .सावधानियां. -स्वयं या किसी गैर विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर के , दोस्त मित्र या रिश्तेदार के कहने पर स्टेटॉयड दवा कतई शुरू ना करें.स्टेटॉयड दवाएं जैसे - डेक्सोना , मेड्रोल इत्यादि .-स्टेटॉयड का प्रयोग विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर कुछ ही मटीजों को केवल ५ से १० दिनों के लिए देते हैं वो भी बीमारी शुरू होने के ५ से ७ दिनों बाद ।केवल गंभीर मरीजों को इसके पहले बहुत सी जांच आवश्यक है लक्षण के पहले ५ से ७ दिनों में स्टेटॉयड देने से दुष्परिणाम होते हैं -बीमारी शुरू होते ही स्टेटॉयड शुरू ना करें इससे बीमारी बढ़ जाती है . इलाज शुरू होने पर डॉक्टर से पूछे कि इन दवाओं में स्टेटॉयड तो नहीं है अगर है , तो ये दवाएं मुझे क्यो दी जा रहीं है।

कोरोना के खिलाफ लड़ाई में भारत की नई दवा बनी एक आशा की नयी किरण
नई स्वदेशी Oral दवा D-2 Dg : दिनाँक १७. ०५. २०२१. प्रातः ११ बजे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह द्वारा कोविड रोगियों के लिए कोरोना के लिए भारत की एक नई स्वदेशी Oral दवा D-2Dg पाउच के रूप में जारी की गयी जो कोविड रोगियों के लिए बेहद असरदार साबित होगी ,ऐसी उम्मीद है । कोविड के इलाज के लिए यह ओरल दवा संसार की पहली दवाई है जिसकी खोज भारत DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation) के INMAS (Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences) के वैज्ञानिकों ने की है।
इसका निर्माण प्रसिद्ध भारतीय दावा निर्माता कंपनी Dr. Reddy Laboratries हैदराबाद द्वारा किया जा रहा है। आज इस दवाई के १०००० पाउच जारी किए जा रहे हैं। जून २०२१ से इस दवाई के १ लाख पाउच प्रति सप्ताह उपलब्ध करवा दिए जाएंगे।
दवा की विशेषताएं :-
१. इस दवा को पानी में घोलकर सुबह शाम लिया जा सकेगा।
२ . इस दवा का कोई साइड इफेक्ट नहीं होगा।
३ . इस दवा को लेने के बाद रोगी की ऑक्सिजन पर निर्भरता दूर हो जाएगी।
४ . इस दवा को लेते ही वायरस इसे ग्लूकोज़ समझकर खाना आरंभ कर देगा और इसकी बढ़ोतरी रुक जाएगी।
भारत ही एकमात्र देश है, जिसने यह पानी में घोलकर पीने वाली दवाई अपने देश में सबसे पहले बनाई
