लक्ष्य प्रदुषण मुक्त हो पर्यावरण
जिससे अनुकुल बनता है वातावरण
पेड़ों का सुंदर हम संसार बनाये
नदियों को कचरा मुक्त बनाये
सभी जीवों पर कृतज्ञता भाव बनाये
पूर्वजों की युगीन तप-सेवा में
हम सभी मिलकर चार-चाँद लगाए
नदियाँ स्वच्छता से बहने लगेगी
परहित में बगियों का फलना-फूलना
हिमखण्डों का पर्वतों पर जमना
हो जाए हम सब प्रेमी संकल्पित
एक वृक्ष हम अवश्य लगाए
हम पानी का सदुपयोग करेंगे

ओक ग्रोव स्कूल ने डी.एम. स्विंग मेमोरियल हॉकी ट्रॉफी पर किया कब्जा
ओक ग्रोव स्कूल टीम ने ३ - ० से सेंट एग्नेस स्कूल देहरादून को हराकर ट्रॉफी अपने नाम की। ओक ग्रोव स्कूल के प्रियांशु राज,वर्ग दशम ने दो गोल और अर्पित सिंह, वर्ग वारहवी ने एक गोल किया।
टूर्नामेंट के सर्वश्रेष्ठ खिलाड़ी की ट्रॉफी अर्पित सिंह को तथा सर्वश्रेष्ठ गोलकीपर की ट्रॉफी ओक ग्रोव स्कूल के तन्मय रॉय को दी गई। टूर्नामेंट के सबसे प्रॉमिसिंग प्लेयर सेंट एग्नेस स्कूल, देहरादून के अभिराज रावत रहे।
इस अवसर के मुख्य अतिथि अमित कंवर एवं नरेश कुमार ने विजेता टीम को सबसे प्रतिष्ठित ट्राफी प्रदान की। अमित कंवर ने इस तरह के अच्छे हॉकी टूर्नामेंट के आयोजन के लिए स्कूल के प्रयासों की सराहना की।
ओक ग्रोव स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य नरेश कुमार ने कहा कि हॉकी के प्रति बच्चों में आज भी पहले की तरह जुनून है।नरेश कुमार ने आगे कहा कि टूर्नामेंट के आयोजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य हॉकी को बढ़ावा देना और खिलाड़ियों को एक मंच प्रदान करना है और उन्होंने विजेता टीम के सभी सदस्यों को बधाई भी दी। धन्यवाद ज्ञापन जी.डी. रतूड़ी ने दिया।
मैचों के राष्ट्रीय स्तर के रेलवे रेफरी विजय किशोर, गौरव भारद्वाज, गोपी शंकर,रजनीश पांडे और विवेक धर थे। इनमें से गौरव भारद्वाज उत्तर रेलवे के अंतरराष्ट्रीय हॉकी खिलाड़ी रहे हैं।
सविता, कुसुम कंबोज, धैर्य नागपाल, विपुल रावत, अनुपम सिंह, आर.के. नागपाल अतुल कुमार सक्सेना, एस.के. रजा, आर.एन. यादव, मनीषा शर्मा, प्रत्येश कुमार, प्रणिल, नंदेश्वर, संतोष कुमार,प्रियंका रंजन, शादाब आलम, अभिषेक रावत, अनुराग श्रीवास्तव और स्कूल के अन्य संकाय के सदस्य इस अवसर पर मौजुद रहें ।

Rajgir, CR : : The five-day Nalanda Literature Festival 2025 was inaugurated with grandeur at the Rajgir International Convention Centre on 21 December 2025 . Addressing the inaugural session, Shri Arif Mohammad Khan, Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, stated that India’s soul is deeply rooted in its ancient knowledge traditions, spiritual consciousness, and human values, with Nalanda standing as a global symbol of these ideals. He emphasized that Nalanda is not merely a centre of education but a living example of dialogue, tolerance, and universal humanity.On the occasion, eminent Member of Parliament, author and global thinker Shri Shashi Tharoor highlighted the international relevance of India’s intellectual heritage, stating that institutions like Nalanda testify to India’s long-standing tradition of intellectual plurality, discourse, and knowledge exchange. He stressed the need to connect literature and history with contemporary society.
The festival was also graced by the presence of Prof. Siddharth Singh, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Nava Nalanda Mahavihara, Nalanda. In his address, he remarked that Nalanda is not merely a memory of the past but a living and continuous tradition of knowledge. He observed that platforms such as the Nalanda Literature Festival strengthen inclusive dialogue through literature, philosophy, and culture, while situating India’s intellectual heritage within a global context.
Prof. Siddharth Singh further underlined that Nava Nalanda Mahavihara is continuously engaged in the preservation and global dissemination of Buddhist Studies, Pali–Prakrit languages, philosophy, and India’s knowledge traditions, and that such events provide new directions to international academic dialogue.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Padma Vibhushan awardee and renowned Indian classical dancer Ms. Sonal Mansingh, Prof. Sachin Chaturvedi, Vice Chancellor, Nalanda University, Shri Ganga Kumar, Ms. D. Alia, along with several other distinguished scholars, writers, and cultural personalities from across the country.
Notably, the Nalanda Literature Festival 2025 is being organized by Dhanu Bihar, with Nava Nalanda Mahavihara, Nalanda actively participating as a Co-organizer. The literary festival represents a significant initiative to connect Nalanda’s timeless intellectual heritage with contemporary global discourse.

CR / Dr. Atul Saxena : Mussoorie : 7th November 2025:- 136th Annual Athletics Meet was organized in Oak Grove School today. The Chief Guest of the occasion Sujit Kumar Mishra, Principal Chief Personal Officer, Northern Railway Head Quarters, New Delhi inaugurated the function by unfurling the National and school flag in the Major Greesh Chandra Verma Vir Chakra (Posthumous) valley ground and took the salute of the march past.
Speaking on the occasion the Chief Guest said that along with education, sports are also important as they help in developing the overall personality of the students. He said that while playing any game, sportsman spirit should be kept in mind. Sujit Kumar further said that sports have different place in a students’ life as they develop self-confidence and physical abilities.The Chief Guest congratulated the students on excelling in the fields of academics and sports at the regional and national levels. He further added that Northern Railway is keen on supporting the school to make it a premier institution in the country with all modern amenities and infrastructure.
The Annual Athletics meet was inaugurated, by running with Olympic torch by outstanding sports persons of the school, Prinshu Raj, Pranjal Singh, Nirupama Roy and Siddhi Priya along with two Ex-Oakgrovians Rashmi Pandey (2001 Batch) and Alka Parti (1982 Batch).
The meet started with a well-coordinated March Past by the students of the three wings of the school. The School Captains, Abhinav Krishna (Boys’ School) and Vaishanavi Yadav (Captain Girls’ School) Shashi Shekhar Games Captain (Boys’ School) and Rajnandini, Games Captain (Girls’ School) led the march past proudly by holding the school flag along with the Games Captains and School Captains of Junior School.
In Javelin throw Arpit Singh and Rajnandini bagged Gold in the Senior Siddhi Priya and Nitesh Singh in the Inter division. In the discuss throw Priyanshu Raj (Junior Division) Siddhi Priya, Nitesh Singh (Inters) and Sashi Shekhar and Vaishnavi (Senior Division),Vishal Prasad and Shanu won Gold medals in 400 m,800 m and 1600 m race. In 1600 meter race Chinkal Kumar (Sub junior), Priyanshu Raj (Junior division) ,Mintoo (Intermediate Division) and Vishal Prasad (Senior Division) bagged Gold medals. Anvi and Suraj of Junior School won the Gold medals in the long jump, hurdle and high jump. In the Shot Put Suraj , Surubhi , Rajshekhar , Alka Kumari, Aditya Kumar, Nitesh won the Gold medals in their respective divisions.
The trophy of the best house in the sport was given to Takshila House of the Junior School. The most prestigious trophy Cock Shield was given to Shivaji and Mirabai House in Boys’ and Girls’ section respectively.

He appreciated the spirit of the sportsman ship exhibited by the students’ and said that sports and academics go side by side in the development of a student’s personality and inspire the youngsters to work hard both in academics and sports and further stated that winning and losing are part of the game and everyone should jointly celebrate the victory of sports. Naresh Kumar further added that this year near about hundred Athletes participated in the annual sports day to make the event successful.The program was conducted by Ms Deepti Butola, Mrs Ashita Dabral, Aliza Raza and Utkarsh, student of Class-VII. Vipul Rawat gave vote of thanks to all the dignitaries present in the school valley.
