क्या है आष्टांगिक मार्ग ?
१. सम्यक दृष्टि : इसे सही दृष्टि कह सकते हैं। इसे यथार्थ को समझने की दृष्टि भी कह सकते हैं। सम्यक दृष्टि का अर्थ है कि हम जीवन के दुःख और सुख का सही अवलोकन करें। आर्य सत्यों को समझें।
२. सम्यक संकल्प : जीवन में संकल्पों का बहुत महत्व है। यदि दुःख से छुटकारा पाना हो तो दृढ़ निश्चय कर लें कि आर्य मार्ग पर चलना है।
३. सम्यक वाक : जीवन में वाणी की पवित्रता और सत्यता होना आवश्यक है। यदि वाणी की पवित्रता और सत्यता नहीं है तो दुःख निर्मित होने में ज्यादा समय नहीं लगता।
४. सम्यक कर्मांत : कर्म चक्र से छूटने के लिए आचरण की शुद्धि होना जरूरी है। आचरण की शुद्धि क्रोध, द्वेष और दुराचार आदि का त्याग करने से होती है।
५. सम्यक आजीव : यदि आपने दूसरों का हक मारकर या अन्य किसी अन्यायपूर्ण उपाय से जीवन के साधन जुटाए हैं तो इसका परिणाम भी भुगतना होगा इसीलिए न्यायपूर्ण जीविकोपार्जन आवश्यक है।
६. सम्यक व्यायाम : ऐसा प्रयत्न करें जिससे शुभ की उत्पत्ति और अशुभ का निरोध हो। जीवन में शुभ के लिए निरंतर प्रयास करते रहना चाहिए।
७. सम्यक स्मृति : चित्त में एकाग्रता का भाव आता है शारीरिक तथा मानसिक भोग-विलास की वस्तुओं से स्वयं को दूर रखने से। एकाग्रता से विचार और भावनाएँ स्थिर होकर शुद्ध बनी रहती हैं।
८. सम्यक समाधि : उपरोक्त सात मार्ग के अभ्यास से चित्त की एकाग्रता द्वारा निर्विकल्प प्रज्ञा की अनुभूति होती है। यह समाधि ही धर्म के समुद्र में लगाई गई छलांग है।

संवाद सूत्र : नालंदा. समस्त बिहार सूबे में नवरात्रि की धूम मची हुई है। विद्यालयों के मंचों पर माँ दुर्गा और उनके स्वरूपों की झांकी प्रस्तुत की जा रही थी । आज नालंदा की धरती पर जिला मुख्यालय बिहार शरीफ स्थित डी ए वी, विद्यालय , के जागरूक नौनिहालों ने फिर से महिषा सुर मर्दिनी के माध्यम से समाज यहीं सन्देश दिया कि नारी शक्ति का सम्मान करें। ' सत्यमेव जयते ' , ' बुराई पर अच्छाई ' की जीत की शक्ति यथावत व निरंतर ही रहेगी। उन्हें हमें संरक्षित करना होगा। यहीं जगत की रीत होगी यहीं आर्य जगत की प्रीत होगी। तभी हम कृण्वन्तो विश्वमार्यम के सिद्धांत को चरितार्थ कर पायेंगे। बच्चें उत्साहित थे। झांकी की तैयारी चल रही थी। आज नवरात का तीसरा दिन था। मां चंद्रघंटा : पीड़ा क्लेश को हरने वाली देवी .जय माता चंद्रघंटा .नवरात्रि की नौ देवियों में तीसरे रूप में माता चंद्रघंटा के रुप में आराध्य मां, असुरों के विनाश हेतु अवतरित हुई थीं। मां चंद्रघंटा : शास्त्रों के ज्ञान से परिपूर्ण, मेधा शक्ति धारण करने वाली देवी चंद्रघंटा संपूर्ण जगत की पीड़ा को मिटाने वाली हैं।भयंकर दानवों को मारने वाली देवी का मुख मंद मुस्कान से कान्तिवान, निर्मल, अलौकिक तथा चंद्रमा-सा उज्ज्वल है महिषासुर ने देवी के ऐसे दिव्य,अलौकिक स्वरूप पर प्रहार किया। तब उनके प्रेम, स्नेह का रूप भयंकर ज्वालामुखी की भांति लाल होने लगा, यह क्षण आश्चर्य से भरा हुआ था। उनके इस रूप का दर्शन करते ही महिषासुर भय से कांप उठा। दानव महिषासुर माता के सामने टिक नहीं सका, उसके प्राण निकल गये। आखिर यमराज के समान विकराल स्वरूप वाली माता को देखकर भला कौन जीवित रह सकता है ? देवी चंद्रघंटा अद्भुत शक्ति स्वरूपा हैं। परमात्मस्वरूपा देवी चंद्रघंटा के प्रसन्न होने पर जगत का अभ्युदय होता है। जगत का समस्त क्षेत्र हरा - भरा, पावन हो जाता है, परंतु देवी चंद्रघंटा के क्रोध में आ जाने पर तत्काल ही असंख्य कुलों का सर्वनाश हो जाता है। माता चंद्रघंटा की उपासना साधक को आध्यात्मिक एवं आत्मिक शक्ति प्रदान करती है।अपने मस्तक पर घंटे के आकार के अर्धचन्द्र को धारण करने के कारण माँ चंद्रघंटा नाम से पुकारी जाती हैं। भक्तवत्सल मां चंद्रघंटा सबकी रक्षा करने वाली है। हे जग जननी सांसारिक बंधनों में बंधे हम सबकी रक्षा करो। हमें शक्ति प्रदान करो ताकि हम सब अपने जीवन पथ पर अग्रसर हो सकें। शक्ति का मनभावन शक्ति प्रदर्शन : आज उनका ही पवित्र दिन था। वर्तमान शक्तियों ने ही आदि महाशक्ति के अभ्युदय की परिकल्पना की थी। जो हमारे समक्ष थी। निहित सदेंश था जहाँ नारियों की पूजा होगी वहीं देवताओं का वास होगा। शक्ति समूह ने बच्चों के साथ मिल कर असुरों की शक्ति को क्षीण करके, देवताओं का हक दिलाने वाली देवी चंद्रघंटा शक्ति का प्रतीकात्मक दिव्य रूप को प्रस्तुत किया था जो अतीव सराहनीय था। नन्हें मुन्नें बच्चों ने डांडिया की धुन पर माँ शेरा वाली के फेरें भी लगाए। काल के पंजें से माता बचाओं के पार्श्व संगीत उपस्थित जनों ने बच्चों की धार्मिक भावना की अप्रतिम प्रस्तुति की मुक्त कंठ से प्रशंसा की। इस गरिमा पूर्ण झांकी का संचालन शक्ति समूह कर रहीं थीं। तय शुदा नवरात थीम पर पेंटिंग होनी थी जिसमें बच्चों ने बढ़ चढ़ कर भाग लिया और अपने अनुमान से कई खूबसूरत पेंटिंग्स बनाई। संपादन : त्रि - शक्ति समूह. मीडिया फ़ीचर / नई दिल्ली. |
