Patient Name : Nirmala Sinha.
Age : 80 Years. Weight :
Status : Covid Vacinated on 18th of March 2021.
Problem : After Vaccination of 20 days Cough, fever, and body ache was received. Fever moving around 100 and 102 degree.
Oxygen Level : around 90 to 93. As it assumes as per Dr. Raj Kishore Prasad it was the sympton of Covid however Dr. Rajiv Ranjan says to us that Oxygen goes down a little in sickness condition so that he tells nothing to be more worried. But attenders were quite alert and keeping his eyes over the case.
Early Medicines in used.
Due To 100 degree around fever, cough, and body pain these medicines were started.
a. Dolo. 650 mg . (Paracetamol)
Dose : 1 x 2 for 5 days. SOS During fever stands more than 100 degree.
Suggestion : Weight less than 50 kilogram and fever stands around 100 degree Paracetamol 500 mg is acceptable taken thrice time in a day.
If weight is more than 50 kg and fever stands more than 100 degree Parcetamol 650 mg is preferable taken thrice times in a day.
b. Azivent. 500 mg. Azithromycine, (Antibiotic)
Course Started on 15.4.21
Qualification : For adult .It is an antibiotic medicine is used to treat infections caused by the bacteria,such as infections of the chest, throat, lungs and airways.
Dose : 1x1
Duration for 7 days.
e. Celin 500mg. ( Vitamin C )
Dose : 1x1
Duration for 1 month.
f. Zincovit. Multivitamin Tablet.
Dose : 1x1
Duration for 1 month.

Problems : In the very early morning 21.4.21 loose motion started in patient. Cough was formed. Oxygen level goes down at 90,seeing the condition.

Medicines:
a. Dexona : ( Steroid ) Dexamethasone Sodium Phospate, Methalyparaben IP, Propylparaben
Inter muscular injection only one dose was given on 21.4.21.
Dr. R. K.Prasad says to us that at the beginning stage of present corona Dexona a life saving drug (Steroid) is proving itself too much helpful and effective.
Dose : 1 x 1 = 5
Tab Dexona : 5 mg.
Dose : 1x1 = 10
Morning or Evening 10 days
(i) Metrojin.
Morning Evening 5 days
(ii) Norflex Tz.( Antibiotic used for loose motion)
Dose : 1x2 = 4 tabs Morning Evening.
(iii) Oxygen was given to the patient
b. Doxycyclin.100 mg.( Antibiotic).Dr. R.K. Prasad.
Dose : 1x2 = 20 tabs
Morning Evening 10 days
Uses : It is an antibiotic used to treat infections such as chest, skin etc. Doxycycline is an antibiotic drug that kills a wide, weird and wonderful range of bugs that are often difficult to treat with other antibiotics. These include bacteria and parasites that take up residence inside our cells (called “intracellular organisms”), making them hard for most antibiotics to reach.
Dose :
c. Vizylac : Lactic Acid Bacillus.
Uses : Intestinal infection, indigestion, Diarrhoea, Abdominal distension, Inflammation.
Dose : 1x 2 Morning & Evening
Duration for 7.Days
d. Lonopin 40 mg. Enoxaprin Injection IP
Uses : It is used to prevent the blood clots this medicine is given by injection under the skin as directed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day. It is used in combination with aspirin to prevent complications from angina ( chest pain) and heart attacks.
Dose : 7 Injections given. One given on 21.4.21 to 27.4.21.
e. Levocet. M is an anti allergy tablet.
Dose : 1x1 Duration for 7 days.
f. Brozedex Cough Expectorant
Dose : 10 ml TID
Steam Inhalation is must. It should be taken for thrice times in a day.

Problem : Due To 100 degree around fever, cough, and body pain these medicines were started.
15.04.21.
a. Justicia Q
Dose : 15 drops thrice time in a day
b. Belladona 30
c. Broniya Alb 30
Dose alternatively used at the interval of 15 minutes for preventing cough and fever.
21.4.21
a. Arsenic Alb 30 at severity
Dose : it was used at the frequency of every five minutes.
b. Veratrum Alb 30.
It is used for low blood pressure with weak pulse, in cases of collapse, blueness, and cold perspiration with violent retching and vomiting.
Dose : thrice time in a day.
c. Aloe 30 for mucus in stool
Dose : Thrice time in a day.
