Yesterday regarding a major health issue I was having an exclusive interview with a Laparoscopic Surgeon Dr. Sujeet Kumar.
Dr. Raman : What do we know  about piles? 
Dr Sujeet : Hemorrhoids are commonly known as piles are lumps grown inside and around the anus. 
Dr. Raman : How does it happen ?
Dr. Sujeet : Regular constipation in our common life causes it. Often it goes away their own without treatment in a couples of weeks. However precautions to be taken with its beginning.
Dr. Raman : How does it remain chronic ?
Dr. Sujeet :  When it remains again and again, so we have to be very cautious about that  this should not be recuurent.
Dr. Raman : How can we save ourselves ?  
Dr. Sujeet : If it happens then remedies for hemorrhoids can include warm baths , over the counter medications and lifestyle changes.
Dr. Raman : How can we save ourselves if it remains chronic ?
Dr. Sujeet : Last open  Surgery or laser surgery for drying up the Hemorrhoids. 
Dr. Raman : What are food items to be had by a patient.?
Dr. Sujeet :  No Junk Food. Oily substances to be avoided. Green leafy vegetables, Milk Products, Fruits. Sprout Chana and Moong. Spinach in regular way. Juice to be avoided try to take intact fruits. 
Surprisingly Doctor suggested not to consume Banana if used in milk is acceptable.

1. Pantop DSR 10 m.g. (  Pantoprazole Domperidone. Anti reflux medicine) 
Dose : 1 time in a day in an emptied stomach.
2. Mucaine Gel  ( Aluminum Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, Oxafacaine )
Dose : 3 times in a day.
Duration : 10 days

Problems : Hemorrhoids occurred just three days before. Constipation have been in the normal course.

Medicines : 
1. Leowin 500 m.g ( Levofloxacine tablet ). Antibiotic.
Dose :  One Tablet daily.
2. Dobicom 500 / Osil  ( Calcium Dobesilate )
Dose :  One Tablet daily.
3. PNZ - D ( Pantoprazole : 40 mg. Domperidone : 30 m.g.). A Gas preventing medicine.
Dose :  One Tablet daily in an emptied stomach.
4. Maclax Plus ( Liquid Paraffin , Milk of Magnesia & Sodium Picosulfate Oral Suspension ).
Making stool loose and soft.
Dose :  10 ml . in a twice times.
General Instruction : 
Don'ts : No Junk Food. Oily substances to be avoided.
Dos : Green leafy vegetables, Milk Products, Fruits. Sprout Chana and Moong. Spinach

Duration : Continue it for 7 days.
b. Aesculus hip ( Hippocastanum) 30 
Dose : 2 drops 4 times 
c. Calandula Q 
Dose : 20 drops in a tub of warm water. Sit for 20 minutes twice time in a day.
Duration : Continue it for 10 days.
d. Aesculus Ointement.

Apply it  on the swollen part.
