Question : What does LL.B stand for?
Answer : It stands for Legum Baccalaureus (लिगम बे केलोरिअस)  meant for Bachelor of Laws. Lex or Legis in means 'Law ' in English. It is a singular word. Legum is a Latin word in a plural form means 'Laws' in English.
In Latin if we want to write the plural form of a word 'Legum' or 'Laws' the first letter is doubled so for writing 'Laws' or 'Legum' we write 'LL'.
And B for Baccalaureus in Latin  or in English Bachelor.
And we write Bachelor of Laws.

Questions : What are necessary steps in buying any property.
Solution : Property is broadly divided in two kinds movable and immovable.
Sale and purchase of  movable property covers under Sales of Goods Act rather Sale and Purchase of immovable property covers under Transfer of Property Act.
As per Section 55 of T. P. Act 1882 there are certain rights and liabilities of buyer and seller. Before purchase of any immovable property a buyer has legal right to know the  ownership and possession with respect to property to be vended.
For ownership and possession title documents like
a. Deed
bKhatiyan and
c. Revenue Documents like JamabandiRent Receipt, L.P.C (Land Possession Certificate) in the Anchal office in the name of seller or his father should be chequed.
